      1. Volunteeripate: Used for ticket sales, managing volunteer registration, eand shift coordination.

      2. Stripe/Square: Used for processing secure online ticket and event transactions.

      3. Mailchimp: Newsletter subscriptions and delivery.

      4. Squarepace: Website hosting.

      5. Google Workspace: Business Services.

    2. General Data

      1. We only keep your data for as long as it is actively needed to run our annual events. Non-essential data is cleared periodically after the event year ends.

    3. Waivers

      1. Because Frostburn is a high-risk winter outdoor event, signed liability and safety waivers are retained for up to 7 years to meet legal record-keeping and insurance requirements. Waivers related to minors may be retained up to the age of majority plus 7 years.
